India wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant has confirmed his availability to feature in Delhi’s Ranji Trophy campaign which will resume on January 23. Pant’s confirmation came hours after a Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) official said that he and Virat Kohli must turn up for Ranji Trophy matches. “Rishabh Pant has confirmed that he will be available for selection for Delhi’s Ranji Trophy game against Saurashtra in Rajkot,” DDCA secretary Ashok Sharma told The Indian Express after the India keeper and senior batter Virat Kohli were earlier named in the probables list for the last two league stage matches of the Ranji Trophy. Pant, who featured in all five Tests for India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia, was recently dropped from India’s T20I squad for the upcoming five-match series against England.
