According to a report by The Times of India, officials examined the oil used for frying French fries and other menu items and found it to be in poor condition during the inspection at the Gaurav Tower outlet by the state’s food safety team. During the checks, the frying oil was described as “extremely black and unusable.” Despite this, it was allegedly being heated to around 150 degrees Celsius and used throughout the day.
