Following the trend of Bollywood stars investing in real estate for long-term benefits, actor Saif Ali Khan has now put some more skin in the game. The Dil Chahta Hai actor has just bought two office spaces in Mumbai, which, according to reports, are worth Rs 30.75 crore. This further diversifies his portfolio, as the property has presumably been procured for the purpose of renting it out. According to reports by HT, the total area of these two offices is a combined 5,681 square feet. They are located in the Kanakia Wallstreet, which is a commercial office complex in Andheri, Mumbai. The offices, which also come with six designated parking spots, were bought from Apiore Pharmaceuticals, which is a US-based company. The documents were accessed by a real estate advisory firm called Volney. The stamp duty was worth Rs 1.84 crore, while the registration fees for the same cost Rs 60k.
