A two-wicket over from Shardul Thakur has rattled the Punjab Kings against the Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2026 game played at Dharamsala. He bagged the wickets of Prabhsimran Singh and Shreyas Iyer, powering Punjab Kings’ batting collapse. After being invited to bat first, Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh opened the innings while Deepak Chahar opened the bowling attack. The duo did make a decent start, scoring 50 runs for the first wicket. Deepak Chahar brought the first breakthrough dismissing Priyansh Arya for 22 runs. He got dismissed on a pace delivery with an inswinger where Arya missed the ball completely and got bowled out on the top of the leg stump. Cooper Connolly who came to bat at No. 3 joined Prabhsimran Singh at the crease.
