Indian ace cueist Pankaj Advani has progressed to the final of the IBSF 150-up Billiards Championship with a tight 4-2 win over compatriot Sourav Kothari in Doha, Qatar on Friday. The defending champion Pankaj continued his domination at the tournament and is just a win away from defending his title. He will face Robert Hall of England in the final tomorrow. The defending champion Pankaj took a hard-fought (4-3) win over fellow Indian Dhruv Sitwala in the quarterfinal to confirm another world medal to his name. The other Indian player Sourav Kothari, will play his quarterfinal match later tonight against Australia’s Steve Mifsud. The winner of this match will face Pankaj in the semi-final on Friday.
