During the inspection, he visited major junctions on NH-65, the waterlogging point near Pista House at Muthangi, and the stretch between Isnapur and Rudraram where road widening and flyover construction works are under way. Reviewing traffic management arrangements, he instructed the executing agencies and police officials to clear waterlogging at the earliest, ensure uninterrupted movement of vehicles and expedite the ongoing road widening and flyover works to minimise inconvenience to commuters. Later, he visited the Patancheru Traffic Police Station, where he reviewed the station’s functioning, including staff strength, traffic enforcement measures and road accident cases.
