Neither Stephen Graham nor his wife and producing partner, Hannah Walters, had any idea that their four-part series, Adolescence, would explode in popularity, topping Netflix charts in 80 countries, including India, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. In a conversation with Variety, Graham, who joked about “not having a job” just before the show’s release, teased the possibility of a Season 2, despite Adolescence being designed as a standalone limited series.  The show follows a British family whose world is turned upside down when their seemingly ordinary 13-year-old son is arrested for murder. With its unique one-shot filming technique, Adolescence set itself apart from typical crime dramas.
