The two boys, aged 10 and 13, were present in the house during the incident that took place on Saturday. As per a report by PTI, the police received a PCR call around noon about a quarrel in a house located in Sultanpuri’s P-Block area. Upon arrival, a team found the woman lying inside a room with a scarf tied around her neck. Her husband, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, was present at the scene.
