Nintendo is expected to announce its next handheld gaming console – the Switch 2 in the next few hours. If you have been following news about the much-anticipated console, there’s very little that would come as a surprise. We already know that the Switch 2, or whatever Nintendo decides to name it, will be able to run most if not all games available on Switch and that it will have a much more powerful chipset compared to the now seven-year-old handheld. Bigger screen and Joy-Con controllers The biggest change we will see with the Switch 2 may be how the Joy-Con controllers connect to the console’s body. Compared to the current implementation, where the controllers slot into the body using a rail system, the upcoming console is said to feature electromagnetic connectors, which should make it easier to attach them. As indicated by Genki’s recent 3D model, the Switch 2 may be bigger in size than the current model, and as a result, the size of the Joy-Con is expected to increase as well. OLED …
