According to TechCrunch, SpaceX added language to an amended IPO filing warning that data center expansion depends not only on power, processors, construction timelines, and materials, but also on access to water at workable prices. SpaceX says water access could affect data center growth SpaceX told investors that data center buildouts are constrained by the “availability of power and water at economically feasible prices,” according to TechCrunch.
