But late on Tuesday, The Sunday Times reported that Thomas Tuchel would become England’s first-ever German manager. Since Italian Fabio Capello left the job in 2012, the England Football Association seemed adamant to give the job to any Englishman available. That’s when we saw the job being passed around from one Englishman to another with Stuart Pearce, Roy Hodgson and Sam Allardyce each having a go at it.
