Vrusshabha movie review and rating: Genuine doubt: Mohanlal hates December now, or what? I mean, first it was his directorial debut, the unwatchable Barroz, last year. Then this year, he started the month by making a painful cameo in Dileep’s latest stinker, Bha Bha Ba. And now, he has wrapped up December 2025 by headlining what can only be described as a fossilised version of the pan-Indian formula, Vrusshabha. What’s even more sad is that this is how Mohanlal has concluded an eventful year, the first one he has had in years during which all three earlier-released films in which he played the lead gained big. And Vrusshabha is, without doubt, one of the biggest messes he has made in recent years, second only to Barroz.
