WPL Points Table 2026: Royal Challengers Bengaluru became the first team among the five franchises to qualify for the play-offs after the Smriti Mandhana-led side crushed the Gujarat Giants by 61 runs on Monday. With defending champions Mumbai Indians losing their second match on the bounce, both incidentally to the same opponent, skipper Harmanpreet Kaur rued the missed chances in the match against UP Warriorz on Saturday. She also stressed that the team needed to a more positive mindset during the powerplay. “We wanted to chase as a group. And I think even though we didn’t bowl well, we were still able to restrict them to less than 200 runs, which was a good thing. But I think in batting, we were not great in the powerplay.
