Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won’s K-Drama Takes Time Slot of Go Youn Jung’s “Resident Playbook”

Resident Playbook, starring Go Youn Jung, Shin Shi Ah, Kang Yoo Seok, Jung Joon Won, and Han Ye Ji, among others, which was scheduled to air in the first half of 2024, has been postponed to the second half of the year.   On March 21, tvN released an official statement, stating, “Following Queen of Tears, The Midnight Romance in Hagwon will premiere. Resident Playbook is scheduled for the second half of the year. The airing schedule is yet to be decided.”  Hospital Playlist spinoff, Resident Playbook is a realistic and relatable drama about doctors working at Yulje Hospital. It revolves around their hospital lives and friendship.   Resident Playbook was originally scheduled to air in the first half of 2024, following Queen of Tears. A teaser and poster for the Hospital Playlist spinoff, Resident Playbook, starring Go Youn Jung, Shin Shi Ah, Kang Yoo Seok, Jung Joon Won, and Han Ye Ji, have been unveiled.  The upcoming drama, set to premiere in the first half of this year on tvN (South Korea) and Netflix (worldwide), Resident Playbook, is about residents dreaming of becoming good doctors.   Leading actress Go Youn Jung (Death’s Game, Moving, Alchemy of Souls, Law School) and rising stars Shin Shi Ah (The Witch: Part 2. The Other One), Kang Yoo Seok (Black Knight, Payback: Money and Power), Han Ye Ji, and Jung Joon Won will play the roles of the residents of Yulje Hospital’s Obstetrics and Gynecology department.
