Days after tying the knot in an intimate ceremony, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife Gauri Spratt are reportedly preparing for another major milestone in their new journey together. According to recent reports, the couple will eventually move into a sprawling sky villa that is currently under development as part of a premium residential project in Mumbai’s Khar neighbourhood.

The upcoming residence is said to be part of the redevelopment of the Marina Apartments complex, a project Aamir has reportedly been planning for some time. Once completed, the property is expected to be a multi-generational family home rather than a residence exclusively for the newlyweds. Reports by Free Press Journal claim the actor has invested nearly Rs 100 crore in the project, which is expected to be ready around 2030.
