After a fifty from Beth Mooney, Ashleigh Gardner also came up with fifty which included a hattrick six for Gujarat Giants during the WPL 2025 clash against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on February 14.

Gardner who has been batting steadily, started to bat aggressively after the dismissal of Beth Mooney and went on to smash Hattrick six in the 14th over of their innings. She went on to score 50 on 25 balls which included three fours and four sixes.

Ashleigh who came to bat after the dismissal of Dayalan Hemalatha joined Beth Mooney to trouble RCB bowlers.

Gardner who was out of form during the previous WPL edition has scored her fifty in the first match of the third season of the league.

Played 16 matches in the WPL, Ash Gardner has 324 runs to her name with an average of 21.60 and a strike rate of 128.57. She has 17 wickets in 16 innings at an average of 27.23 and an economy of 8.49.

RCB who picked three wickets at regular interval begun to feel pressure with Gardner and Dottin joined partnership to score 67 run partnership.
