Bigg Boss Marathi Season 6 Contestants List, Premiere Episode Live Updates: The sixth season of popular reality show Bigg Boss Marathi is all set to launch today at 8 pm on Colors Marathi and JioHotstar. Actor-filmmaker Riteish Deshmukh, best known for his Hindi films like the Housefull franchise and Ek Villain (2014) and Marathi films like his 2022 directorial debut Ved, will return as the host for the second time. He previously hosted season 5 in 2024. Prior to that, actor-filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar served as the host of the first four seasons, from 2018 to 2022.

The list of contestants will be unveiled at the grand launch today, which will take place at Goregaon Film City in Mumbai. However, reports of a possible list of contestants are already doing the rounds online. As per those reports, the contestants this season include actor Raqesh Bapat, who was previously the third runner-up in Bigg Boss OTT season 1, hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, in 2021, in which actor Divya Agarwal emerged as the winner. Bapat is best known for starring in Anubhav Sinha’s 2001 romantic drama Tum Bin, Madhur Bhandarkar’s 2012 film Heroine, and a host of Marathi movies like Savita Damodar Paranjape (2018). He’s also a television actor best known for daily soaps like Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar, Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak, and Qubool Hai (2014).

Other contestants who may participate in Season 6 include Marathi actors Deepali Bhosale Sayed, best known for Mhanje Waghache Panje and Bola Alakh Niranjan, and Aayush Sanjeev of 36 Guni Jodi fame, along with former Bigg Boss contestants Vishal Kotian (Bigg Boss 15) and Sonali (Bigg Boss 8). Rumoured names also include YouTuber Hindustani Bhau, rapper Sambata, advocate Gunratna Sadavarte, and social media influencers Karan Sonawane, Ashok Patil, and Radha Mumbaikar.
