BLACKPINK’s Jennie Grabs Attention With New Real Estate Investment


The ownership transfer for the property was completed in December 2025. Korea Economic TV reported that the building is situated in Dongbinggo-dong. The location has many foreign embassies as well. A detailed analysis of the property revealed that it was used by the Embassy of Iraq once. The land size stands at 595 square meters. The floor space is at 551.08 square meters. The structure is of one basement level and two floors.

Jennie was also recently in the news for renting out a building in Hannam-dong for her entertainment agency, Odd Atelier. The monthly rent for the same was reported to be 60 million won, which is approximately Rs 37,74,084. She also purchased a luxury villa in UN Village for 5 billion won or Rs 31,45,28,750.

On the professional front, Jennie recently completed the DEADLINE tour with her BLACKPINK members. The DEADLINE world tour began from July 5, 2025 and ended on January 26, 2026. It commenced at the Goyang Stadium in South Korea and concluded at the Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong.
