Hockey India League men’s auctions LIVE: The first day of the auctions of the returning Hockey India League will commence with more than 600 men’s players going under the hammer.

Eight teams will be in the fray to get the services of the best hockey players in the world.

The teams have a purse of four crores and have to take 24 players in with the team composition being 16 Indian players (four mandatory U21 players) and eight overseas players.
