The focus in the popular TV show Anupamaa has now shifted to Prem and Rahi’s love saga. Rupali Ganguly essays the role of Anupamaa, with Adrija Roy as Rahi and Shivam Khajuria as Prem. Parag Kothari and his family have accepted Prem and Rahi’s relationship and given their nod to their marriage. After much contemplation, Anupamaa agreed to this union too. The Shah family was recently invited by the Kotharis over lunch, where a lot of drama unfolded as Prem prioritised Shahs over his own family. In the upcoming episode, we shall witness a clash between Baa and Anupamaa.
In the new precap of Anupamaa, Rahi is seen discussing about her thought on career before she settles in matrimony with Prem. She explains that her mother that a woman taught her the importance of being independent regardless of how rich her family is! Moti Baa objects to Rahi being a working professional. Prem tries to justify Rahi and asks Moti Baa to understand. However, she gets furious. She screams saying that divorces take place as women are trying to fill in the shoes of men. Moti Baa also taunts Anupamaa about ‘Shah-Joshi-Kapadia’ surname referring to her two divorces. She says that Kotharis do not allow women to work in their family.
Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) shows no qulams in supporting her daughter. She hits back saying, “Sambandh bana ne se pehle hi agar Sambandhiyon pe kichad uchalengi, toh aage chalke kaise chalega.”
Everyone is left shocked by Anu’s statement. This time, Anupamaa is in no mood to hold back. She is firm and determined to stand her ground, and shows immense strength and fearlessness even when she confronts Kotharis.
