Actors Ram Charan, Varun Tej, Lavanya Tripathi, costume designer Sushmita Konidela, and other members of the Konidela family stepped out for a movie night. The entire family was clicked at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad on Tuesday. They stepped out to watch superstar actor Chiranjeevi’s recent release, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu (MSVPG).
Ram Charan, who stepped out with his sister, looked dapper in a stylish checkered shirt paired with smart dark-colored jeans. One video shows Peddi director Buchi Babu Sana, his sister Sushmita, and his nieces greeting him. In one Instagram reel, Ram was seen posing with Sushmita, Varun, Lavanya, and MSVPG director Anil Ravipudi.
In another video, fans saw Ram waving and greeting his fans as they cheered for him. The actor was all smiles while watching his dad on screen.
Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu Box Office Numbers
According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu collected Rs 28.50 crore on day 1 at the box office. A day prior, on Sunday, the action-comedy earned Rs 8.60 crore in pre-sales. Taking that into consideration, the total collection of Chiranjeevi’s film now stands at Rs 37.10 crore.
Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’s Storyline and Cast
The film revolves around a security officer, Shankara Vara Prasad (played by Chiranjeevi), who is assigned to safeguard his estranged wife and their children from a revenge-driven former cop. The protagonist finds himself facing more than just danger. The tense mission becomes an unexpected opportunity to mend broken ties and reconnect as a family after six years of separation.
Other than Chiranjeevi, the Anil Ravipudi directorial also stars Nayanthara as Sasirekha, Venkatesh as Venky Gowda, and Catherine Tresa, Zarina Wahab, Harsh Vardhan, Abhinav Gomatam, and others in key roles.
The court issued an order to block the reviews and ratings of Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu (MSVPG) starring Chiranjeevi. The film was initially set to release during the Pongal weekend, a slot that opened up after Thalapathy Vijay’s Jana Nayagan was postponed due to censorship issues. Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu is a comedy entertainer being made in 2025.
