The 21-year-old Richa Ghosh slammed her fourth WPL fifty during the 2025 season clash between UP Warriorz and Royal Challengers Bengaluru on March 08.
Her fifty comes off in 25 deliveries to push the side in their mammoth run chase against UP Warriorz. In 24 WPL matches, she scored 520 runs at an average of 32.50 at a strike rate.
RCB Women had a fiery start scoring 70 runs in the powerplay and lost the wickets of Smriti Mandhana and Meghana. However, after decent contributions from Ellyse Perry (24) and Raghavi (14) Bengaluru, they lost four wickets for 80 runs.
Richa Ghosh who came to bat at no. 5 made a solid 69 runs in 33 deliveries which included 6 fours and 5 sixes.

RCB women who won the toss, opted to bowl first. The UP Warriorz openers Grace Harris and Georgia Voll were in hot form scoring 67 runs and recorded the highest powerplay runs of the season with Grace Harris scoring 30 and Voll scoring 34 runs to give a solid start for the side.
However, Harris was dismissed on a runout in the first ball of the 8th over. After the dismissal of Harris for 39 runs, Kiran Navgire joined Voll to haunt RCB bowlers in the match.
Meanwhile Georgia brought second WPL fifty and went on to score 99* runs and become joint highest individual scorer along with Sophie Devine in the tournament.
Kiran Navgire went on to score 46 runs in 16 deliveries and narrowly missed a fifty in the match.
After Georgia Wareham picked the wickets of Kiran and Chinelle Henry (19), Sophie Ecclestone contributed 13 runs while playing along Voll. In the end, UP Warriorz went on to score 225 runs in their 20 overs.
UP Warriorz has been eliminated from the tournament after two wins out of seven matches while Royal Challengers Bengaluru has two wins out of six matches in the ongoing season.
