Surbhi Chandna recently addressed the controversy surrounding her and Tejasswi Prakash’s promotional activities for their new web series Psycho Saiyaan, which premiered on Amazon MX Player on February 25. Reports had emerged suggesting that Tejasswi, known for her work in Naagin 6, refused to participate in joint interviews and opted for solo media interactions, leaving fans and the media speculating about a possible rift between the two actresses.
Surbhi Chandna’s Take on the Situation
In her first reaction to the incident, Surbhi told India Forums, “It was an unfortunate situation, but there is nothing to comment about. Thanks for reaching out.” The actress clarified that while she felt disappointed by the incident, she was not personally affected by Tejasswi’s actions.
During the promotional event in Mumbai, reports claimed that Tejasswi arrived late and avoided joint interviews. Surbhi, who arrived with co-star Anud Singh Dhaka, reportedly waited for an hour in anticipation of a shared media interaction. Despite the speculation, the reason behind Tejasswi’s refusal remains unknown, and the actress has not released an official statement regarding the matter.

Both Surbhi Chandna and Tejasswi Prakash are prominent figures in the Indian television industry. Tejasswi has starred in popular shows like Swaragini, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, and Naagin 6.
