Ms. Pushpa, mother of actor Yash, owns a site at Vidya Nagar. She allegedly attempted to encroach upon the adjoining site property by constructing the compound wall. The fourth Additional Civil and Judicial Magistrate of First Class of Hassan, in April 2025, ordered the respondents not to obstruct the applicant’s peaceful possession of the property measuring 522.58 sq. mtr. in Satyamanagala gram panchayat.
