A woman and her two young daughters died after a fire broke out in a residential building in south Delhi’s Lodhi Colony area on Tuesday, officials said, reported the PTI. The Delhi Fire Services (DFS) and police received information about the blaze at around 10.20 am at a house opposite Chawla Sweets in BK Dutt Colony, under the Lodhi Road police station area. Firefighters brought the blaze under control by 11.10 am. Police said three people were found dead inside the third-floor flat. The deceased have been identified as Akansha Sharma (40), Aradhya Sharma (12), also known as Mitzy, and Mihika Sharma (8), also known as Ritzy, the news agnecy reported. Investigation underway At the time of the incident, other members of the family, including her husband Mohit Sharma, were on the second floor of the building.
