(Image: ISPR/AP) Pakistan’s Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, has reignited controversy with bold statements asserting that Pakistan’s armed forces used “90 per cent indigenous technology” in recent hostilities with India after Operation Sindoor and successfully downed Indian Rafale, Su-30, MiG-29, Mirage 2000 and S-400 systems. Munir made the claims while promoting a major arms sale, including JF-17 fighter jets, to Libya’s Libyan National Army. In a viral video, Munir can be heard saying, “In our recent war with India, we showed our Pakistani technology to the world. 90 per cent of that was indigenous Pakistani technology.
