The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) carried out a special inspection drive across Pune and Solapur districts under its ‘Safe Food, Safe Drug, Safe Maharashtra’ campaign between June 25 and 27, seizing and destroying food products worth approximately Rs 13.71 lakh for alleged violations of food safety norms.
