AIMIM chief and MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday alleged that Muslims are being targeted under a “planned agenda” and claimed that issues such as Special Intensive Revision (SIR) are being linked with National Register of Citizens (NRC) and National Population Register (NPR).
