(X File) IndiGo on Monday operated 1,800 flights, up from Sunday’s 1,650, as its operational crisis entered the seventh day on Monday. The airline reported 90% on-time performance (OTP) across the entire network, up from 75% on Sunday. The airline said its network was fully restored. All cancellations in Monday’s schedule were executed yesterday, ensuring advance notifications being sent to customers. The airline stated that Rs 827 crore have already been refunded, with the remaining under process for cancellations upto December 15. To address pilot fatigue, the  Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced new Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) norms last year.
