Namgoong Min and Jeon Yeo Been to star in new romance drama

Namgoong Min and Jeon Yeo Been are all set to come together for the upcoming romance-drama Our Film, where they will be playing intriguing roles. The drama follows the story of a director Lee Je Ha (Namgoong) who is stuck with a jinx after earning massive success and an actress (Yeo Been) who is terminally ill and does not have much time in her hands. They come together when the director decides to make a film about a terminally ill character to break his jinx.  The series is being directed by Lee Jung Heum of Inspector Koo fame and is scheduled to premiere in 2025.    Namgoong Min is one of the most loved actors in the Korean industry and is known for his characters in dramas such as Good Manager, The Veil and One Dollar Lawyer.  Jeon Yeo Been is most popularly known for the series Vincenzo where she played the female lead opposite Song Joong-ki. She has also starred in films such as After My Death and Night in Paradise.  Source link

“Connection”, Starring Ji Sung, Jeon Mi Do, and Kwon Yool, Is Off to a Promising Start

The crime thriller Connection kicked off scoring 5.7% (nationwide) and 6.1% (metropolitan), a promising start for the SBS drama.  Connection follows Jang Jae Kyung (Ji Sung), an ace detective in the narcotics team of the Anhyeon Police Station, who is addicted to drugs against his will by someone. Ji Sung stars alongside Jeon Mi Do, Kwon Yool, Kim Kyung Nam, Jung Soon Won, and Jung Yoo Min. When and where to watch the K-drama Connection? Episode 2 of Connection will air on May 25 (Saturday). The K-drama is available to stream on Viki and Kocowa. Black comedy K-drama Bittersweet Hell premiered with ratings of 6% (nationwide) and 5.7% (metropolitan), a good start for the MBC series.  Bittersweet Hell tells the story of Noh Young Won (Kim Hee Sun), a renowned family counselor who finds herself threatened by an unknown blackmailer. This leads her to collaborate with her mother-in-law, Hong Sa Gang (Lee Hye Young), in order to protect her family.  When and where to watch the K-drama Bittersweet Hell? Ji Sung and Jeon Mi Do’s “Connection” Drops New Teaser

The upcoming mystery thriller Connection unveils its fourth teaser.   Connection follows Jang Jae Kyung (Ji Sung), an ace detective in the narcotics team, who is addicted to drugs against his will by someone.   The latest teaser opens showing the young Oh Yun Jin (Jeon Mi Do) greeting her classmates on her first day at the new school. It then transitions to the present, where Jang Jae Kyung (Ji Sung) is shocked to see Oh Yun Jin changed for the worse, crossing the boundaries of journalism ethics.  The next scene shows Jang Jae Kyung’s high school friend apologizing to him, but he dismisses it with “I understand. I’ve seen countless kids like you while working as a police officer.”  Then, scenes of Jang Jae Kyung working diligently as a police officer swiftly pass by, followed by the sudden death of a friend that reunites Jang Jae Kyung and Oh Yun Jin with their high school friends after 20 years. Jeon Mi Do Dishes On Her Upcoming Drama “Connection”

Jeon Mi Do has talked about her upcoming drama “Connection”! “Connection” is a new crime thriller starring Ji Sung as Jang Jae Kyung, a well-respected detective who is the ace of the narcotics unit. The drama is a collaboration between director Lee Tae Gon and writer Lee Hyun, who previously worked together for JTBC’s “Diary of a Prosecutor.” Jeon Mi Do will star in the drama as Oh Yoon Jin, an opinionated and outspoken reporter in the social affairs department of Anhyun Economic Daily. She is someone who cannot stand injustice, regardless of the person’s rank, and has come to realize that money is the greatest thing in life. Ji Sung and Jeon Mi Do Get Caught Up in a Big Mess in “Connection”

SBS’s upcoming mystery drama Connection drops new teaser.   Connection follows Jang Jae Kyung (Ji Sung), an ace detective in the narcotics team, who is addicted to drugs against his will by someone.  The teaser commences by showing Jang Jae Kyung’s life being turned upside down after he is forcibly addicted to drugs.  In another scene, Park Tae Jin (Kwon Yool), a key member of the “inner circle” of friends who oppose Jang Jae Kyung, announces, “He left a will before he died,” to a gathering of friends who reunited after 20 years at their friend’s funeral. It was disclosed that the deceased left 5 billion won in life insurance.  On the other hand, Won Jong Soo (Kim Kyung Nam) expressed his discontent towards Park Tae Jin, saying, “If you knew about the will, you should have told me first,” hinting at their complex relationship.   The teaser shows chaos unfolding and the people involved in the case getting hurt.
