Karnataka HC accepts Ranveer Singh’s apology

Ranveer Singh has been facing legal troubles for a while now after his infamous Kantara’s daiva mimicry during the 56th International Film Festival of India held in Goa. After a recent hearing in which the court directed the actor to visit the Chamundeshwari Temple, a fresh update has emerged that the Karnataka High Court has accepted the Bollywood actor’s unconditional apology in the recent hearing. Nagaprasanna on April 25, in which the actor’s lawyer informed that a fresh affidavit had been submitted without any conditions attached. The Karnataka High Court has indicated that it will dispose of the plea filed by actor Ranveer Singh seeking to quash an FIR against him for allegedly hurting religious sentiments. On Saturday, a bench of Justice M Nagaprasanna said the court would dispose of the plea after considering the objections raised regarding the apology.
