Ranveer Singh has been facing legal troubles for a while now after his infamous Kantara’s daiva mimicry during the 56th International Film Festival of India held in Goa. After a recent hearing in which the court directed the actor to visit the Chamundeshwari Temple, a fresh update has emerged that the Karnataka High Court has accepted the Bollywood actor’s unconditional apology in the recent hearing.
Karnataka High Court accepts Ranveer Singh’s apology
The controversial case was heard before Justice M. Nagaprasanna on April 25, in which the actor’s lawyer informed that a fresh affidavit had been submitted without any conditions attached. The counsel also confirmed that Ranveer Singh had undertaken to visit the Chamundeshwari Temple soon. Additionally, the court has also orally implied that it is likely to dispose of the matter after checking the revised affidavit filed by the actor.
