(X) The West Bengal government on Wednesday appointed Nandini Chakravorty as new Chief Secretary and outgoing Chief Secretary Manoj Pant as personal secretary to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. In a notification issued by the Governor on Wednesday, “The Governor is pleased to appoint Smt.
