Ilambarithi, Secretary, Metropolitan Area & Urban Development, was transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, relieving M. Raghunandan Rao from full additional charge (FAC) of the post. Mr. Ilambarithi was also given FAC as Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries department.  An IAS officer of the 2004 batch, E. Sridhar, Secretary, BC Welfare department, was given FAC as Secretary, General Administration, consequent to the retirement of 1999 batch IAS officer Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi.  Anita Ramachandran, Secretary of the Women and Child Welfare Department, was given FAC as Secretary and Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department.
