Hyderabad, The Telangana government on Monday decided to “hand over” the report of an inquiry into alleged irregularities in power-purchase agreements during the previous BRS regime in the southern state to the CBI. The government on Friday notified the Income tax Rules, 2026, paving the way for the implementation of the new Income tax Act, 2025 from April 1, 2026.
