Joseph Vijay at the Secretariat in Chennai. State Election Commissioner P. Jothi Nirmalasamy called on Mr. Vijay and held discussions with him. Members of the Tamil Nadu Cauvery Vivasayigal Sangam, led by the association’s general secretary P.R. Pandian, also met the Chief Minister. They discussed issues related to the agriculture sector and submitted a memorandum. Separately, Southern India Mills’ Association (SIMA) former president T.
