Sudesh Lehri’s rags-to-riches story is the stuff of legend. The actor-comedian, who once used to work at tea stalls, factories, and made footwear for a living, now owns a luxury apartment in Mumbai. His property includes three bedrooms, one huge dining room, a modular kitchen, a private studio, home theatre, as well as a huge living room. Sudesh Lehri recently gave a tour of his house to Pinkvilla, where he said that he and his family designed the home themselves. “We didn’t hire an interior designer, because they are expensive,” joked the actor. With a laugh, he said that he’d like to show off his ‘ameeri’ by giving fans a glimpse of the spectacular views of the Mumbai skyline that he can enjoy from his house.
