The legal battle over late entrepreneur Sunjay Kapur’s properties is set to enter its next phase as the Delhi High Court concluded on Wednesday, December 24, hearings in the civil suit pertaining to his personal estate and reserved its order on an interim injunction plea filed by Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapur, Sunjay’s children from his marriage to Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor. While the oral arguments had concluded earlier, Justice Jyoti Singh has stated that the remaining written submissions filed by the contesting sides have also been formally taken on record, according to news agency ANI.
