Image for representation Maharaja Manujendra Shah of Tehri Garhwal is set to sell his Bhagwan Das road property to a local entrepreneur with dominance in the food and beverage industry for a whopping Rs 1,000 crores, according to a report by The Economic Times. The property is located on Bhagwan Das Road, Plot No. 5, Block No. 159, currently known as 5, Bhagwan Das Road, the report highlighted. Spanning across an area of 3.2 acres, the bungalow will be the second such acquisition by the entrepreneur who has also entered into an agreement to purchase the first official residence of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru for over Rs 1,100 crores. However, the identity of the buyer has not been disclosed yet. Both bungalows are categorized as ‘trophy estates’ — exceptionally rare, ultra-luxury properties defined by their prime locations and architectural significance.
