A purported audio clip of a conversation involving Maharashtra Minister Girish Mahajan and a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) functionary has sparked a political controversy, with Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) leader Eknath Khadse on Thursday warning of legal action over the alleged remarks made against him and Union Minister of State Raksha Khadse.

The purported audio clip, which has gone viral on social media, allegedly features BJP’s North Maharashtra coordinator Vijay Chaudhari using abusive language while referring to Eknath Khadse and making allegedly derogatory remarks about Raksha Khadse, who serves as the Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports.
