WB Board Class 10th Madhyamik Result 2024 Date, Time: West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will announce the class 10 result on May 2 at 9 am. Once released, the inter result will be available on the official websites – wbbse.wb.gov.in.
The WB Board conducted the class 10 exams from February 2 and February 12, 2024, which were held in the morning shift from the usual 11:45 am to 3 pm to a new time of 9:45 am to 1 pm, in pen-paper mode.

Once released, students can check the WB board results at the official website — wbbse.wb.gov.in.
To check the scorecard, candidates need to click on the “Examination Results” section available on the home page, and then select “Senior Secondary Annual Examination 2024”. After that, choose your respective subject, and enter your roll number and roll code in the designated subject.
Once you click on ‘submit’, the scorecard will be visible on the screen. It is advised to download and save the scorecard for future reference.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage was 86.15 per cent. Devdutta Majhi is the West Bengal Madhyamik topper. A total of 6,98,628 students registered for the class 10 examinations.
In the Madhyamik Class 10 exams 2022, boys outperformed girls. The boys’ pass percentage was 88.59 per cent, while 85 per cent of female students passed the Madhyamik exam successfully. An overall pass percentage of 86.60 per cent was recorded this year.
The exams were held in 2,675 exam centres across the state. Students will also have the option to request photocopies of their answer booklets and OMR sheets. After the announcement of the matric class 10 results, students who fail to clear the exams will be able to appear for the WB Board compartment exams. Information about the compartmental exams will be announced after the WBBSE result declaration.
Meanwhile, the West Bengal board also announced that the Class 12 HS result will be announced on May 8.
