The dispute allegedly broke out over a signboard featuring the word “Bar,” which some residents felt was inappropriate for the holy city. While Emraan was not present at the location, team members managed to calm the situation.

According to reports, the controversy erupted after the film’s team allegedly set up a mock restaurant at the shooting location with a signboard that read “Cafe & Bar.” The signage reportedly upset several local residents, and they started having a heated argument with the movie’s team. The residents objected to the use of the word “Bar” in Haridwar, a city revered for its religious and spiritual significance.
