After a roller-coaster journey on Bigg Boss 18, TV actor Avinash Mishra was evicted in fourth place. His time on the show was filled with twists and turns, as he presented himself in various shades, at times appearing selfish and manipulative. Despite this, he played the game strategically and on his own terms. Before Avinash, Chum Darang and Eisha Singh were evicted from the show.
In the beginning, Avinash’s persona on the show seemed reminiscent of past contestants, but he eventually revealed a more playful side. His impersonations of fellow housemates quickly became a fan favourite, adding a fun element to the show.
Many viewers felt Avinash kept giving auditions for being the next big villain through the show. From not giving contestants food for a few days to portraying his insecurity towards housemates, Avinash went wrong in the game at various points. While his clashes with Chaahat Pandey and Kashish Kapoor earned him the womaniser tag, there were many moments when he proved to be a thorough gentleman.
Earlier in a conversation with SCREEN, Avisnash Mishra had shared his take on comparisons. He had said, “It is human psychology. People do compare, but everyone on this planet is different. They have their thoughts. People will see a very different personality. Next year, people will compare me with someone else who will be on the show. People have not seen the real Avinash. They will see how I react, and I am sure it will have a positive impact.”
After Avinash, Eisha, and Chum, Karanveer Mehra, Vivian Dsena, and Rajat Dalal emerged as the top three finalists competing for the Bigg Boss trophy.
