In the first teaser of a JioHotstar special Kull, directed by Ekta Kapoor, has filled the fans all over the nation with joy and excitement for this new & upcoming Salt Burn like series.
The teaser open with a daunting narrating voice and some heavy music presenting a haunting yet insidious look at the dynamics of the Raisingh family. This multi starred drama series has casted Nimrat Kaur as Indirani, Ridhi Dogra to be the true “representative” of the Raisinggh palace, and Anmol Prashar claiming himself to be the ‘Raja’
From the first look of the teaser, the power dynamics between all the character appear to be on the brink of a fallout.
The teaser opens with a lovely shot of a palace and a king walking out of the building after which the mellow tone of the teaser changes to a tense one. Nimrat Kaur here can be seen in a gray role where she to calls herself Rani Indrani Singh and claims that she has “absolute power” the actor in an interview described her character as one with layers and fierceness. Joining Nimrat is Nidhi Dogra whose character’s name is yet to be revealed but in the teaser she says that “my father doesn’t represent the Raisingh Palace, I do” which truly emphasizes that this is going to be a fight of inheritance amongst the ‘Vaaris’ for a single throne which is The Raisingh Palace.
Anmol Prashar’s character and his acting are among the highlights of this teaser. He has added a certain level of depth to this character which he has been seen doing repeatedly in movies like Sardar Udham Singh. His character, impulsive and assertive is seen slashing around a dagger in the air and screaming “OUT!” later in the trailer he also emphasizes that “Main Raja Hu” (I am The King) making his claim to the throne even more evident and strong.
This teaser gives off the classic vibe of multiple heirs fighting for the same status and some throne but with a twist that all of them are equally twisted and crooked in their own ways
