Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the first poster of the film on Instagram, writing, “BRIJENDRA KALA – AVIKA GOR – CHANDAN ROY STAR IN PALAASH MUCHHAL’S NEW FILM ‘RAJU BAAJE WALA’ – SHOOTING COMPLETE.”

Referring to Palaash Muchhal’s film as a “musical tribute”, Adarsh added, “Filming of #RajuBaajeWala – a musical tribute to the countless musicians across the world whose melodies add life to our celebrations – has been completed.”

‘Raju Baaje Wala’: A Musical Tribute to Unsung Performers

Raju Baaje Wala is presented as a poignant musical drama honouring the hardships and dedication of band members. The narrative centres on performers who infuse social celebrations with music and vitality while often going unnoticed behind the scenes.

Palaash Muchhal Returns with New Story

Aman Gupta is the producer of Raju Baaje Wala, which was written and directed by Palaash Muchhal. Actor Rajpal Yadav played significant roles in Muchhal’s previous films, Ardh and Kaam Chalu Hai.

Now that production has completed, the film’s OTT platform and release date are expected to be announced shortly by the creators. The project aims to provide an intimate glimpse into the life of musicians who, despite being vital to the joyous atmosphere of many gatherings, frequently stay in the background.
