Gram Chikitsalaya trailer released Amol Parashar and Vinay Pathak’s starrer Gram Chikitsalaya trailer has finally been released. The impressive storyline has been winning hearts. The series, set in a rural backdrop, promises a refreshing blend of humour, and social relevance, drawing immediate attention from audiences and critics alike. It will stream from May 9. The video opens with Vinay Pathak, who is a doctor, listening to a woman’s problem and suggesting medicine. But the catch is that he is prescribing medicine by checking through internet. He himself does not know much. Later, Amol Parashar, who is certified Gram Panchayat doctor, asks everyone to come and visit village hospital. Actor Amol Parashar, who is known for his work in Sardar Udham and TVF’s Tripling, had a misadventure during his Thailand trip after a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar, following which tremors were felt in the exotic country. Amol recounted his ordeal, stating that although there was chaos, the residents displayed sensitivity and operated in an orderly fashion.  Amol Parashar’s earthquake ordeal Amol, in an interview with ETimes, shared that he was on a short trip to Thailand when he felt the tremors while grabbing coffee. We’ve often seen Amol Parashar fronting romantic comedies, the latest example being Sweet Dreams opposite Mithila Palkar. But don’t be surprised if you see him as the mind behind a rom-com soon. The actor is currently penning a modern-day love story for the screen. What prompted him to turn writer? The lack of stories that perfectly capture today’s romances, he says. “We get rom-com scripts, but often I have felt that there is a subtext of mild ridicule towards the young romance. The idea is largely that today’s generation is romancing on apps. It’s almost as if [the writers] are making fun of those characters, or [creating] two-dimensional characters, where one would be always having sex and the other is longing for love.
