It seems like troubles don’t end for Allu Arjun and the team of Pushpa 2: The Rule. One after the other, something negative has been making headlines. The sequel to the 2021 blockbuster directed by Sukumar is one of the much-awaited movies of 2024. It also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles. After incidents in Hyderabad and Telangana, something has happened at a Mumbai theatre.
Pushpa 2 show disrupted in Mumbai
During a screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule at Mumbai’s Galaxy theatre in Bandra, an unidentified man sprayed a mysterious spray inside the theatre. Due to the smell from the spray, the movie was halted for 15-20 minutes. What’s shocking is that it made some audience members sick, causing them to vomit, have throat irritation, and cough.
As reported by ANI, one of the theatregoers named Deen Dayal said, “We came out during the interval. After going back in, it seemed that someone had sprayed something, causing coughing among the audience. The show was halted for around 10 minutes… The police are here checking everyone.” Another person named Ramzan said that when they went back after the interval, some weird smell came and they all started coughing. The smell stayed for 15-20 minutes. The movie was resumed after the smell went away. The Mumbai police are currently investigating the matter.
Further in this entertainment news, the shocking incident happened just a day after a woman died due to a stampede at a theatre in Hyderabad. It was a special screening, which Allu Arjun attended and had a huge crowd. The moment Arjun came, the crowd rushed outside, leading to the woman’s death. The woman came with her husband and two kids. Her 9-year-old son is admitted to a hospital and is critical.
