The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched “Connecting with Care”, a special drive to focus on resolving service-related issues, improving network quality, and strengthening customer engagement in its business area, covering Vellore, Ranipet, Tirupattur and Tiruvannamalai districts up to April 30.
According to a press release, under the drive, key activities including grievance redressal camps at Customer Service Centres (CSCs), special field drives to resolve long-pending complaints, proactive service monitoring, and digital outreach campaigns will be held in this month.
The drive underscores BSNL’s commitment to customer satisfaction and aims to enhance service reliability, faster FTTH provisioning, and improved customer trust. Customers in the region are requested to participate and make use of the opportunity.
