The Delhi High Court has issued summons to Priya Sachdev Kapur and notice on Rani Kapur’s interim relief plea in a fresh suit challenging the RK Family Trust.

The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued summons to Priya Sachdev Kapur in a fresh civil suit filed by Rani Kapur, the mother of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur, over the creation and functioning of the RK Family Trust.
The court has also issued notice on Rani Kapur’s application seeking interim relief and said it has granted Priya Kapur and the other respondents an opportunity to file their responses to the plea.
