Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said India will hold no talks with Pakistan except on Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK), accusing Islamabad of making terrorism a part of its state policy. Speaking at the Kargil War Memorial, he said Operation Sindoor demonstrated India’s ability to respond decisively to cross-border terrorism.
